Moxa moxibustion is 3 to 7 unit, or moxa moxibustion 10 to 20 minutes.

What is the meaning of Yinjiao
Yinjiao: “Yin”, yin water.”Jiao”,intersection. The name of “Yinjiao” means that the ascending Qi of Ren and Chong Channel intersect here. The substance of this point are the Qi from CV 6(Qihai) and dampness-qi of Chong Chanel and Kidney Meridian. After these Qi that intersect here forms Yin dampness-qi of the heaven,hence the name.
