Q:Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders.

Q:How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link, which you will then be able to use to track your order. If you have not received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 1~3 days to be dispatched.

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

Q:How long will it take to receive my item?

Delivery may take anywhere between 1 – 3 weeks depending on location. However, we do our best to get items to you as fast as we can.

Q:What is your Returns Policy?

We offer free returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the item and its packaging are in good condition. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, we are able to provide either an exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price.

Q:Can I return my item if I change my mind?

We offer a full refund on the purchase price within 14 days of delivery, this includes change of mind, or for any other reason.

Q:Will the peak massager fit me?

Peak massager allows for a wide range of sizes, and fits comfortably on most people. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with fit, we will arrange to either send you a new product, or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
