0.7 cun laterosuperior to SP 12 and 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline (between CV 2 and CV 3).
What is the meaning of Fushe
Fushe: “Fu”, the viscera. “She”,means source. The name of “Fushe” means that the Qi of this point comes from internal organs. Since this point has ground pores that communicate with Yinwei Channel, the water-qi of Yin Link Channel passes to this point,so the substance of this point partly source from the viscera, hence the name.
SP 13 Acupuncture Point usage
Bloating, abdominal pain, groin pain, hernia, abdominal mass, etc.
Splenomegaly, constipation, hysteritis, inguinal hernia and so on.
SP 13 Acupuncture Point Therapy
- Put the index finger and middle finger together, and bend the remaining of the fingers. Press SP 13(Fushe) with the pad of finger for 1 to 3 minutes each time, once a day in the morning and evening, It can relieve groin pain if long-term massage it.
- First massage Qihai point for 1 minute, then massage Fushe point for 3 minutes, then scrape Zusanli point for 30 times, and finally scrape Sanyinjiao point for 30 times.It can treat abdominal pain that repeat the above operations until symptoms disappear.
Moxibustion on SP 13(Fushe) point with moxa sticks for 5 to 20 minutes, once a day, It can relieve abdominal distension and abdominal pain.

Combined with Danzhong Zhongwan, Qihai, Tianshu, Zusanli point to regulate the spleen and stomach, dispel stagnation, and treat abdominal mass;
Combined with Zhongwan, Zusanli, Daheng, Gongsun, Hegu point treat abdominal pain.
Combined with Dazhui, Hegu, Sanyinjiao, Waiguan, Tianshu, Shangjuxu point to treat vomiting and diarrhea.
Combined with Guigui, GuanYuan, Tianshu, QiChong, Jimen point to treat hernia.
Combined with Guanyuan, Qihai, Sanyinjiao, Dadun point to treat prolapse of the uterus.
