What is the meaning of Jimen
Jimen:”Ji”,dustpan, a tool for carrying things. “Men”,the door. The name of “Jimen” means that the soil of the Spleen is brought out. The substance of this point is the wind-qi from SP 10(Xuehai) point. After reaching this point, the wind-qi become strong and carry out the soil of Spleen to follow it,as if carried by dustpan, Hence the name.

Difficulty urination, enuresis, scrotum itching,groin swelling and pain,lower limb paralysis, foot swelling and pain, etc.
SP 11 Acupuncture Point Therapy
Knead SP 10(Jimen) point on the left and right for 1 to 3 minutes each time, first from left to right. It can treat vaginal itching of women and eczema of men.
Moxa moxibustion on SP 11(Jimen) point for 5 to 10 minutes,or 3 to 5 unit.

Combined with Pishu, PanguangShu, Zhongji, Qugu, Zusanli point to invigorate the spleen and replenish Qi, treat enuresis due to Qi deficiency, dysuria, urinary obstruction.
Combined with Panguangshu, Zhongji,Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Xingjian point to clear the bladder, treat poor urination due to damp and hot of bladder, heat stranguria etc.
