With the arm abducted, directly above SI 9 in a depression inferior to the scapular spine.
What is the meaning of Naoshu
Naoshu:Nao,refers to the forelimbs. Shu,refers to export. The name of “Naoshu” means that the upward yang-qi from the lower arm gathers here. Since it has no qi from the Jianzhen point to reach this point, the qi in the point is upward yang-qi from the lower arm, hence the name.

Local point for shoulder and upper arm pain, swelling and/or weakness.
Wind-heat, wind-cold – chills and fever.
SI 10 Acupuncture Point therapy
Use middle finger to press Naoshu point for 1-3 minutes each time. It can relieve shoulders and back, effectively prevent hemiplegia and frozen shoulder if long-term massage.
Moxa moxibustion at Fushu point for 10-20 minutes,or moxibustion for 3 to 5 unit.
Combined with Jianyu point and Quchi point to treat shoulder and arm pain.
