What is the meaning of Jingqu
Jingqu:”Jing”, means passing and path;”Qu” refers to the path of water flow. The waterq-qi of lung meridian flows through depression between the inner side of the radial styloid process and the radial artery,like water in the ditch,Hence the name.

Massage therapy
For lung diseases
Use thumb to press Jingqu acupoints for 100 to 200 times to prevent and treat lung diseases, such as asthma and cough.
For Frozen shoulder
Massage sequence and technique: Hegu, Jingqu, and Zhongfu points are one group; Neiguan, Houxi, and Zhongzhu points are another group. Massage one group at a time, and the two groups alternate,press each point 30 to 50 times. Massage 1 time a day, 30 times as a course of treatment. It can last for 3 to 4 courses until recovery.
Moxibustion Therapy
Mild moxibustion Jingqu acupoint with moxa sticks for 5-20 minutes, once a day,It can relieve cold pain in the forearm.
Gua Sha therapy
Scrape Jingqu points from top to bottom for 3 to 5 minutes, once every other day, it can relieve treat cough, wheezing, upset, vomiting, etc.
