What is the meaning of Daimai
Daimai:”Dia”refers to the loop belt area of the waist.”Mai”, the Qi of the meridian. The name of “Diamai” means that the ground water of Gallbladder Meridian travels around the belt. The substance of this acupoint is the meridian water of the ground from GB 25(Jingmen) acupoint. After reaching this acupoint, it travels around the waist. The path of Qi is like belt, hence the name.

Gently make a fist with both hands, starting from the middle of the back and waist, tap GB 26 laterally along circle, before going to bed every night,Tap 30 to 50 times, and focus on tapping GB 26 for 50 to 100 times on both sides of waist,which is beneficial for reducing waist fat if long-term massage it;
For Gynecological diseases
Use your thumb to press and knead GB 26 for about 200 times, or press and knead it for 3 to 5 minutes, which can treat irregular menstruation and leucorrhea.
