On the head, directly above the pupil, 0.5 cun above the anterior hairline at the midpoint of a line connecting DU 24 to ST 8 (directly above GB 14).

What is the meaning of Toulinqi
Toulinqi:”Tou”,head, refers to the point is on the head.”Lin”,overlook,refers to the movement of Qi of this point changes from top to bottom. “Qi”, tear. The name of “Toulinqi” means that the Qi of Gallbladder Meridian here cold drops into cold and dampness-qi and descends from the heaven to the ground.The substance of this point is the wind-qi from GB 14(Yangbai) point. After reaching this point, it dissipates heat and absorbs dampness, and turns into cold and cold cloud-qi,rain fall from the heaven to the ground, like teardrops falling, hence the name.
